Transition House

Christian Harvey is the Executive Director of Transition House Coalition of Northumberland and founder of One City Peterborough. A passionate advocate for housing justice and community belonging, Christian draws on years of frontline and leadership experience to inspire action rooted in dignity, compassion, and collaboration.

 In this talk, Christian shares the vital work being done locally by Transition House to support people experiencing homelessness. Drawing on frontline experience and current research, he explores the deeper roots of our homelessness crisis and what it looks like in our own community, inviting reflection on how compassion, dignity, and collective action can shape meaningful change.
